This proves that the Obama admin knew that the sequester would not have that big of an impact and is just trying to make it hurt as much as possible.

Think about it.
The quote is from a USDA employee, not from "the Obama admin", as you claim.
You don't know WHO the employee is!
The USDA didn't suffer too much of a cut from the sequester.
That has NOTHING to do with the Obama admin.
It's a USDA employee, and do you have any idea how many of them there are? and most have never even seen Obama.

i think he will shop various the cuts yet usher in greater sales, whether i think of the sequester needs to take place. additionally, it grew to become into certainly Obama's concept, yet many GOP lawmakers have been pleased with it. in spite of everything, Boehner reported he have been given "ninety 8 p.c. of what he needed".
