How long will it take to my blood pressure and pulse to normalize?

I have random increase in blood pressure after i consumed a 500ml monster can 3 weeks ago. Still having side effects like insomnia, anxiety, panic attacks, high blood pressure, increase heart beat etc.

So how long will it take for me to recover from these symptoms?

    Well it sounds more like anxiety and I would start to meditate at least 2 times a day... That will lower the blood pressure...
