i mixed OTC pain medication?
today i took 1500 mg naproxen, 2500 mg acetaminophen, and 1000 mg aspirin.
im worried i may have hurt myself. other than feeling a little nauseas and a bit stoned i feel fine. what should i be worried about?

You have put yourself at high risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.
If you expect any meaningful help, you will either need to get some lab work or call Poison Control and follow their advice. You should also obtain mental health counseling to find out why you thought ignoring dosage instructions on over-the-counter medications was a good idea.
