How to make my cat more social?
My cat is by far the sweetest thing and always affectionate to everyone in the household including my other pets. However, if we have guests over, she runs for her life and will hide, sometimes for more than a day and it really stresses her out. Is there a way to get my cat to like strangers more? I know this is just part of her personality, I guess, but I don't like how upset she gets.
PS my cat does not have an abusive history at all and is very loved :)

She's anxious and apprehensive! If she wasn't around other people besides the people in your household as a kitten she doesn't know how to react to them now but be scared! You should buy cat treats or cat toys or soft food and when a guest comes over have the guest give a treat to her or give her a new toy! If she doesn't come out the first few times a guest is introduced to her have the guest place the treat or soft food or toy in front of her and then walk away! After a few times she'll link the concept of guests giving her treats and being nice and not be scared! Hope this helps!
