Why is my blood graze hurting so much? :(?

These are the worse kind of skin damage because they scrape your skin off which also damages your nerve ends which are there to protect yourself best thing if you got no cream to put on it is try running some cold water over the scratches put your leg or whatever under the cold water tap & run the water over it & the pain will go quicker & clean it at same time try to find anything that you can wrap around it while it's still cold clean rag any material as long as it's clean. Did you land in dirt or gravel? Sometimes that will penetrate the skin.
