JW's, at the end and 7,500,000 go on to live on "Paradise Earth", what happens to Romans 6:7?

Your teaching tells us that millions still living will never die and they will just go on to live on "Paradise Earth" ....

Your teaching tells us that we all need to die to be sin free as per Romans 6:7.......

So will all die or will millions never die?

Which part of your teaching is a lie?

Romans 6:7 = All need to die to be sin free...

At the end all still living JW's will begin to live forever on "Paradise Earth" and never die....

Both cannot be correct, at least one is clearly wrong?????

Update:

@Yup, let me assure you that I have never been inside any KH in my life and there is no way I could ever swallow their lies and continually changing teachings.

Update 2:

@Gary/Call me Gary, when you teach two opposing ideas, one must be wrong therefore to teach the incorrect one is tantamount to lying.

This is how Romans 6:7 reads in the New World Translation: "For he who has died has been acquitted from his sin."

I have yet to meet a single Christian who thinks that Romans 6:7 means that when you die (physically) you have paid the price for your own sin. Okay, if you have physically died then you're not going to be able to sin any more because you're dead. Dead people can't sin. Yet Jehovah's Witnesses take Romans 6:7 to mean a literal, physical death and leap to the conclusion this proves that when a person dies, their death means they have paid the price for their own sin.

Romans chapter 6 is all about being spiritually dead to sin and spiritually alive to Christ! Verse 2 says "We died to sin" - that is, those believers who are still physically alive have died to sin.

Verses 3 and 4 show that believers are baptised into Christ Jesus' death and are now living a new life - not physically, but spiritually.

When verse 5 says "we have been united with him like this in his death," Paul doesn't mean they have physically died. Paul and the believers to whom he was writing were very much physically alive.

Verses 11 and 12 could not be clearer. Speaking to believers, believers who are very much physically alive, Paul says "count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Chirst Jesus. Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body..."

How can any person fail to understand that Romans chapter 6 is all about believers symbolically dying to sin and being reborn spiritually and becoming alive in Christ? How can any person take the 10 words of verse 7 and twist them out of context and attempt to say they mean something entirely different?

Jehovah's Witnesses think Romans 6:7 is justification for thinking that when you physically die, you have been acquitted from your own sin! That is heresy. No person can pay the penalty for their own sin. No person can be acquitted from their own sin unless (and ONLY unless) they have been born-again, or born from above, and are indwelt with the Holy Spirit. Only those believers who now belong to Christ Jesus, who have entered into the new covenant and have Christ Jesus as their mediator can say their sins have been forgiven. That means 99.9% of all Jehovah's Witnesses still remain in their sins, and they will die in their sins unless they are born again. That's what Jesus said in John chapter 3. But Jehovah's Witnesses don't believe what Jesus said to Nicodemus. They think that when they physically die, they will have been acquitted from all their sins.

Jehovah’s Witnesses think that after Armageddon billions upon billions of people will be resurrected with physical bodies and they will all have been acquitted from their past sins. Yes, Hebrews 8:12 says God "will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more" - but only those believers who have entered into the new covenant and who have Christ Jesus as their High Priest. (Matthew 26:26; Mark 14:24; Luke 22:20; Hebrews 8:6-12)

And what about the 7.5 million Jehovah's Witness alive right now who hope to survive Armageddon? Since they will not have died, then how will their sins be forgiven? After all, they think you have to die before you can be acquitted from your sins. How does that work?

My parents became Witnesses in the late 1930’s, and they believed they would never die because Armageddon was imminent. This belief was based on the book by J F Rutherford ‘Millions Now Living Will Never Die.’(Published in 1920)

The real danger is that the 7.5 million Jehovah’s Witnesses alive today have no assurance of surviving Armageddon because they have been excluded from the new covenant and Christ Jesus is not their mediator. If they do die before Christ returns, they will die in their sins, because death does NOT acquit anyone from their sins. Please, if any Jehovah's Witness is reading this, go to the article in the link below which proves, from the Bible, that nobody gets a second chance to be saved. Nobody is going to be resurrected and get a thousand years to get it right, to have a second chance at salvation. You either enter into the new covenant while you are alive and experience the new birth, or you are lost, eternally lost.

P.S. The oldest living J.W. was Leopold Engleitner - born 23 July 1905. He was 7 in 1914 and 15 in 1920 when the book, Millions Now Living Will Never Die was first published. Is Engleitner still alive in May 2013? That would make him 108 years of age. A far cry from “millions.”

"... we all need to die to be sin free as per Romans 6:7......." - If this were true, the Yeshua died in vain, because - once we all die - we "are free from sin", right? Wrong. Sin is the error Man took after Adam's transgression. Once the body is burned, there exist no error. Deleted. That does not mean WE DESERVE ANYTHING, and the fact is, as Yeshua said, we "are slaves good for nothing" that deserve to die, because the ONLY thing that the Law brings in, is death.

After Yeshua's resurrection (The First one), many were 'changed' in an instant at their death, and that 'corruptible' was transformed into incorruptible. They are now in an abode with Him in the House of His Father "where there exist many Mansions" and they will come with Him "as in a cloud" when He returns with His saints.

Those who He does not recognize as "His sheep" may have to wait until the Resurrection at the end of the 1000 years, where there will be - for some - a Resurrection of Life, and for others a Resurrection of Judgment.

The realm of those loyal to Him is the Universe, the Planets ("the stones of fire" originally given to the Spiritual creatures that later on rebelled against God). Things will return to the conditions existent at the very beginning, again, and He will Reign as a King again.

btw, you do not need to be a JW to read the Scriptures and let someone tell you what they mean. It's there for all, be free. Read. Learn, The Truth shall make you free.

In describing what will take place on earth during the time of judgment, Revelation 20:12 says that the resurrected dead will then be “judged out of those things written in the scrolls according to their deeds.” Those resurrected will not be judged on the basis of the works done in their former life, because the rule at Romans 6:7 says: “He who has died has been acquitted from his sin.”

People die, anyone in the flesh will die. Life elongating technologies might exist but people still die in the flesh. Your pastor probably has no comprehension of paradise. To create paradise you need technology and an understanding of the world which you only gain by searching for reason. In time reason and science and understanding will replace religion and religion will be a thing of the past. Without technology no one can create paradise, to have paradise you need machines that free people from being a slave, extend your body to do all sorts of things in so many ways. Machines are just an extension of what you are, they make life easier in so many ways.

I concur with @ Grey Tower. The JWs twist Romans 6:7 completely out of context. Anyone with basic reading comprehension who reads Romans 6 can clearly see that it is talking about figurative death - being dead to sin - and not literal death.

If the JWs are lucky, they will get "new light" in the future correcting this error and they will boast and gloat in the "new light" while being totally and delusionally oblivious to the fact that "christendom" had it right for decades before them. That's what happened to them with their false understanding of the superior authorities of Romans 13:1. For the 30+ years they had it wrong, "christendom" had it right. Why does God give "christendom" light decades before he gives it to his sole channel on Earth? LOL. Try using your brains for a change, JWs.

The question to you is even more direct. Will you be alive to find the answer? Since Jehovah is God of the living, not the dead then you need to be alive. Or if your body dies and you cease to exist, will you be remembered by God? Here is the Bible advice to you.

    Eccl 12:13, 14

13 The conclusion of the matter, everything having been heard, is: Fear the [true] God+ and keep his commandments.+ For this is the whole [obligation] of man.* 14 For the [true] God himself will bring every sort of work into the judgment in relation to every hidden thing, as to whether it is good or bad.+

Again, you are reaching conclusions that make no sense,

Romans 6:7 = All need to die to be sin free...you"re stating that. not Jehovah's Witnesses.

There may well be more Witnesses by that time. And besides, being a former Witness, you know that only Jehovah knows who will survive Armageddon. Think on that. The time is short.
