If a home made pressure cooker...?

bomb is considered a 'Weapon of Mass Destruction' by the government then how would they classify a nuclear artillery round? Thank you and ya'll have a good day now...

Update:

Well Michael you're partially right. But why do you equate a bomb that killed less than half a dozen people with a weapon that killed one hundred thousand people. Yes, in fact I do know my history. It's a stylistic thing, a matter of semantics...

Update 2:

Yes Jepchamp there is such a thing.

Who needs a pressure cooker? We need tougher backround checks on pressure cookers.

  • Trumped-up charges. That charge won't stick because a pressure cooker doe not match the definition of a WMD.

They are the same. Any bomb creates destruction. We used nuclear against other humans in WW11. By all measures it was horrible and by all measures it saved millions of lives by ending a World War that had years left in it. At least act like you understand the history of your own country.

Why do you ask? Do you have one? Why wouldn't a nuclear artillery round (is there such a thing?) be a WMD?
