This is something that a person cannot run away from, and the nature of the situation is such that I have to stay put and deal with it head-on. Exposing this crime and getting it stopped once and for all may require the sacrifice of my own life, because there are many others who are in a similar kind of scenario with no clear way out.

This is great information and I will research it, thoroughly. The mechanical vibrations are occurring at less than 5 or 10 vibs. per second, and very precisely controlled and target specific. The actual energy and effects are enormously complex, and involves some very advanced and abstract physics. The effects of this projected energy, and resulting patterns, can be detected and recorded using fairly standard techniques. The overall long term effects this energy has on the human body matches closely with infrasound vibrations described in the articles from your links. There is evidence involving a systematic type of organized stalking, suggesting a possible military involvement. People, TIs, world-wide are being experimented on and literally tortured to dead, referred to as a "slow kill". I will carefully consider your other advice concerning exposing this atrocity, and bringing it to public attention.
