What do you do if you've pulled a muscle?

First, you should rest. This is often the only thing you need to do. If this fails, try ice or anti-inflammatory medicines. Or you could try stretching the muscle gently to help strengthen it before engaging in any athletic activities. If this doesn't work, the only other thing you could try is applying a small amount of heat, not enough to burn you but enough to relax the muscle

Rest and either ice or heat pads. If it is a leg muscle then i would elevate it as well

Rest it. You don't need to do anything else. Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation. Do all those things and it will be better in its own time.
