That is not weird! And your not a pedo! He's only one grade younger than you, who cares. LOTS of people date other people younger than them. You don't just need to date people in the same grade. What happens when your out of school? What will those people do that think your weird for dating a person not in the same grade? Because there's no grade any more when your done with school, or is it only "weird" to date people younger than when your in school, because that doesn't make that much sense. However, about 2 years ago, when I was in 11th grade- a 10th grade guy asked me out (several times might I add) and I finally gave in. I was worried about age diff. and all that too. Now, we have been together ever since and are engaged. I love him so much and he has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. Don't worry about age difference and what other people think about you. Sometimes, the younger ones are more mature and will treat you better.
