NEED A PLAN, PLEASE HELP!?

Ok so today I went to a kid's bday party at a jumpy place where I sort of met this guy. He looks around my age (mayb a year older) and I felt a spark between us, I think he did too. He is probably the hottest guy I've ever met! He has dark hair, brown eyes, a nice friendly smile, tan skin(he might b half white and half Mexican) is nice, and is just, well beauitful!! And very fine!!

So what happened was simple, when we were in the party room (where u eat) he was standing in the bench I was sitting on to reach the tv to turn on music, then he got down and the music turned on and it was really loud and I jumped and he looked at me kinda embrassed. He fixed the volume and then looked at me smiling and said whoops that was really loud, Srry about that and I said ya just a little bit and it's ok, and he kept on smiling and made me smile and we both laughed. The whole time we made eye contact with each other and I felt something (like a spark) and then after he was called out by another worker.

He walked in a few times and one time I was playing around with a little girl and he watched me smiling and I looked up at him and smilied back. Then b4 I left, I kept on looking back at him and would find him looking at me, I couldn't help but keep on looking a few times, in my head I thought crap I should have got his name or his number, sh*t why didn't I ask him for it?

What does that spark mean?

Can he b the guy for me? Lately I've been trying to move on from my last relationship. I've been heart broken for the past month but when we made eye contact today, It made me forget about my broken heart for a while. What should I do?

What if I never see him again? Please tell me what to do!!
