Aren't Colorado marijuana laws too strict?

The state just announced the new laws for selling recreation marijuana.

Not only are they going to be charging an extra 15% tax, but you will have to show an ID to prove you are 21. On top of that they are going to require that pot brownies carry an expiration date.

This is what happens when big government gets involved. In the past, I used to just page my "guy" and he would show up at the house. Now I will have to walk nearly three entire blocks to go to the pot store, and I will have to remember to bring my photo ID. Sure they will have 50 different varieties of weed, not to mention a vast selection of marijuana containing baked goods, but I think I am going to miss my dealer.

My question is - if you find the weed doesn't do what it's supposed to, can you return it?
