Bruised lower shin, bruising spreading to my foot.?
last week during a kickboxing i kicked and after had a small bruise on my lower shin. it hurt but i could walk normally.
then days on it kept getting more bruised and spreading up and down my leg.
now a week on my ankle is swollen and bruised till the bottom side of my foot. and near my toes and a lot more on my shin. on the shin it's a hard very painful lump. very bruised etc.
it keep getting more bruised but i can walk pretty much normally.
what could it be? sprained?

I suggest you consult your Doctor, who will likely send you for an X ray to check for a fractured Fibula.
As this bone is not a supporting or load bearing bone it is possible to have a fracture and still be able to walk with perhaps little or no pain and the signs and sympthoms that you describe.

Tough to claim without looking at an x-ray. You may have a fracture and the suffering is radiating to the ankle. You must get it checked out. In the mean time. Bring up the leg and ice it for 20 minutes at a time. I would also advocate taking Motrin each 4-6 hours to help with the swelling. Just right good fortune.
