NEED HELP QUICK!!!!!?

I had my period 2 weeks early. My period has always been normal and on time like clock work. I have not had sex with a man in 3 years, due to being in a lifetime relationship with my partner. Please help me I am extremely worried. Oh and to add to the info, I am only 29 years old and I am moody as hell, I cry at the drop of a dime (which is not me at all), and I have woken up the past two mornings sick as hell hugging the trash can. AND I SWEAR I HAVE NOT HAD SEX OR ANY FORM OF SEX WITH A MAN IN 3 YEARS. Please help.

It sounds as though your hormonal cycle has taken a sharp turn---which can happen at any time in your life. I do not know if you've had a minor change in your cycle or a major one---thus the throwing up---but I can tell you I went about 7 years with just major aches in my legs when my period came about, and then, out of the blue, I started throwing up and I was sick head to toe with cramps every time I got my period--it was PAINFUL. Luckily, someone invented ibuprofen.

You could have had a change in your cycle and just so happen to have the flu at the same time. But I doubt it. Only time will tell, sweet one!

In Chinese medicine terms, it sounds like you have a classic symptoms of "liver qi stagnation", this doesn't mean there is something wrong with your liver, it just means it is out of balance. There are herbal remedies for this condition. You may also have "kidney deficiency" that could cause your not being able to "hold" the period until the regular time. If possible you should visit a Chinese Medicine doctor, there are effective herbal treatment and diet modifications that could take care of that. Good luck and get well soon!

Although pain killer is sometimes necessary, taking them will also block out your body's signal of telling you something is wrong. If you don't treat the cause of the pain, you can not get rid of it completely.
