Think of how people woo and ahhh over a man's physique, I know I wanted that and now I do. Give your self a goal to achieve and make it happen can't hurt wake up early and get to the gym its a good wake up call and shocks your body, make sure you eat something first. This may sound weird but when I was younger I saw twilight with my girlfriend at the time and almost everygirl in theater including my girl wooed over him. I was like dam I want that. So my goal was to get and look like Taylor launtner. I did but kept with it and now I have a sick physique and the women love it.
