Just be honest with him. I know you sent him a "wink", but maybe he did not see it. I say go for it and let him know. What do you have to lose? He is obviously looking for someone since he is on that site. Give him another day or two to respond, if he doesn't do something a little more obvious. That is just my opinion. Good luck!
