Are there any conditions opposite of bipolar (where mood rarely fluctuates)?

Update:

Not of a depressed state but rather an overall "OK" state that never fluctuates much-the downside being that the person rarely experiences extreme happiness, fear or depression. More along the lines of Asbergers...just wondering if there's another clinical term for something such as this. Thanks

    Yes. Grief.

Our moods are a barometer. They are supposed to fluctuate.
