To unstick a piece of bread that got stuck in your toaster you need to:

    1) unplug the toaster

    2) take it with both hands and go over the sink

    3) turn it upside down and shake it vigorously

If it is still stuck than you have to get a wooden spoon and scrape it away and then do the turn upside down over the sink bit.

This works for me all the time. A lot of crumbs and burnt bits also come out at the same time.

    Please try.

Use the grill instead of toaster. Its obvious your bread is cut too thick.
