Anyone working in family and domestic issues. It's best if you can both go to your child support hearing and be on good terms. The judge will set what your husband should pay. You may also be able to get spousal support.
If you anticipate any problems then it's best to get an attorney. You want to get primary custody established first and then any visitation.

Seek out legal advice from a good court assigned lawyer and also contact law schools they can sometimes point you in the right direction.
