What type of shoe inserts should I buy?

I bought a pair of booties with a 3 inch heel. They aren't cushioned, so the bottom is flat and it made the balls of my feet really tender. Any specific inserts you think I should buy? (I don't usually wear heels, so I'm not sure what to get).

    I think if you added a insert ,will make your feet more tenderness ,because the insert will reduce the space inside your shoes.
