i got hurt during a spa procedure?

I went to a salon I regularly go to and as I was getting up to change positions in the bed the entire bed flipped over and fell on me. I had a little bit of room and time to slide out of the way but it still got my legs. I don't have any serious injuries but am sore and bruised and never want to go there. The problem is I have services I've prepaid for and so not want to go back to them for. It has now been past 24 hours and I have yet to get a call back from management like I was promised. What kind of lawyer can help me deal with this?
