What would they be charged with?
Two African Americans are in a car accident, neither wearing a seat belt. The cause of the accident was another vehicle being driven by a drunk driver.
The African American driver's head hits the windshield hard and shatters it, resulting in minor cuts and a concussion. The passenger goes through the windshield and is ejected about 50 feet, but survives with some internal injuries and cuts. Would they be charged? If so, what would they be charged with?
My guesses:
Driver: Breaking and entering
Passenger: Leaving the scene of an accident
