Obamacare? What y'all think about it?

Top heavy and a burden to many American's. It's the 21st century great experiment just like SS was in the 20th century. If it is ti succeed and benefit our children then we will need to work out all the kinks as we go along. It's too risky to drop it at this point. Personally, it was the days of no medical insurance and me turning 50+ that has ruined my credit score and placed me in extreme debt. Funny, all those big bills were from emergency room visits.

If we at least had access to basic healthcare without the cost and inefficiency of going to the ER maybe things would not have gotten so bad.

The reason I have to support Obamacare for now is because the US needs some kind of universal healthcare access and before President Obama this was tried in 1992 and that was 20 years ago. If we do not make healthcare available now it will probably be 2033 before we revisit this again.

'Questions' like this only prove how effective 'Weasel News' and the right wing dummies are churning out propaganda and disinformation. You have to ask yourself...who actually is behind this wall of bull #$%^....follow the money to the boardrooms of the world's largest trans national corporations. 'The Job Creators'. Nothing for the 'working class'...they don' allt need HEALTH INSURANCE because there's a lot of them. Enough to cherry pick the 'good' risks...and the rest....are you kiddin' me? Try to change that equation and by God that makes you a 'liberal', or a socialist, or even a commie.

You will find its improved now the web site has been sorted out. Its an utter disgrace,a national scandal,that in the richest nation on earth there are millions of your citizens either not able to afford medical cover or consider themselves too healthy to use a part of their income on something they think they will ever need,until they have an accident ?

Your fear of "Socialised medicine" prevents a proper nation health service.

But some day some President will have the vision and courage to kick out all the insurance companies and start something like Britains National Health Service (NHS) I get the feeling your first woman President will do this ?
