tried to put leg behind head, hurt myself (need serious help)?
about a year ago, i tried to put my leg behind my head, and im pretty sure i pulled something. since then my neck has been clicking whenever i turn it, and i have constant ringing in my ear. what could this be linked to? what type of dr should i be seeing specifically ?
where the neck clicks, is where the spine goes into the brain (yeah its that bad). its been doing so for a year

That is indicative of a spinal injury..

It's called as tinnitus in other words its knows as– Ringing In The Ears, I just got some info from this article and this lists some home remedies for Ringing in the ears.
