Bring it in and feed it,we did this before and she gave birth in our house to 5 beautiful kittens lets just say she never left!
she stayed and we had her for 18 years but unsure how old she was when she turned up so never knew her true age,we did it again a few times more and always let them stay which they did,
never turn away a cat it doesn't hurt to be kind, they do appreciate it and make nice pets so we would do it again without a second thought.

I would never turn my back on an animal in need of help and it's not their fault they are homeless. Over the years I've taken in several stray cats and they've all been fantastic pets. 2 of my 3 cats are ex-strays and I've since discovered that the oldest one became homeless when his owners moved away and left him behind. I'm pleased that I can make sure his final years are spent in a home where he is much loved and cared for instead of living rough on the streets.

Leave it outside. Strays carry all kinds of diseases and parasites and if it bites you it will have to be destroyed.
Call AC and have them pick it up

Keep it if it is reasonably clean and has no collar, if it is ill or hurt, call the rspca and if it is violent or belongs to someone dont take it in, simple ;)

If its young/friendly and isn't jumping with fleas or spewing disease I would keep it. Definitely get it checked out somehow though, in case it is sick.
