I eat 1700 calories or less a day! Mainly the 1700. I stand all day at work. Is this too much?

Firstly, Everyone is different, anything posted is merely guidelines, every different bio-mechanical make-up burns fuel at a different rate.

The "recommended" 2,000 per day is generally for an "active lifestyle" so someone who is moving all day and exercising to burn it off, the flip side is if you're relatively inactive, then this is higher than needed.

Standing in itself doesn't burn off as many calories as you may think, so depends what else you're doing or if you're walking etc... The bottom line is, if you're rapidly losing weight, or feeling faint or dizzy, you need to eat more! :)

    I hope this helps!
