Hiring science deniers for work that requires strong knowledge of science is never going to happen.

The difference is simple.

Gravity can be tested by the scientific method, testing by repeated observations.

Darwin's hyposthesis of Evolution, the idea that all life forms are related, cannot be. It has to rely on 'circumstancial evidenc'e alone.

They hire them for their skills, not for their origins beliefs, and almost all the time their work and their beliefs on origins have no overlap.

Understand laboratory techniques. They do not apply evolutionary biology to oil exploration.....its not even directly applicable to pharm....over millions of years versus a few months.....but they would have had experience with bmb labs.

I'm a chemical engineer ( biochemical eng focus)...just about every job that requires masters in chemistry....will accept a bachelors in chem eng. I have chem experience and a degree in what's universally agreed to be the toughest major....so competence...plus adaptability comes with eng.

Being able to design and optimize a chemical plant doesn't directly apply to the research setting.

MBA programs also love chemical engineers.......

They do this to try to come up with new man made drugs to cure the ills in you that they and their friends have caused as well through all the polution they put into the water,air and soil that they never clean up good enough, Poisening even their own children.

First of all, your assertion is FALSE. There are many creationists working for these companies.

Secondly, both evolutionists and creationists use OPERATIONAL SCIENCE (if you don't know what this means...do some research). ORIGIN SCIENCE has not given us any advancement in oil or pharmaceutical industry. That is a common falsehood.

Oil and pharmaceutical companies are from the devil. Stay away from them or they will steal your soul.
