Which of God’s creatures do not go to Heaven?

Question

I’m getting on a bit and thought that I’d better do a pit of preparation for my afterlife. Following a bit of research on Yahoo Answers (YA), etc and it appears that most ‘believers’ expect their pets to be there but the jury is out on other animals including snakes, jellyfish, insects, microbes, fungi, etc are definite no’s.
Further research appears to confirm that only creatures with a ‘spirit’ can go to heaven. God only gave man a spirit, thus only man can enter his kingdom. Apparently all living creatures have a soul but only man has a spirit. 
However the bible indicates that in heaven there are Angles with two wings, Seraphs with six wings, Cherubs with two wings & four other creatures with six wings, are covered in eyes and look like a lion, ox, man and eagle. 
I'm starting to think that my old dogs won't have made it. Any advice?

All honesty dude, if God created everything, if everything is God breathed then God must take back everything he once put out into the universe. That simple, he owns everything, whether it goes to a paradise or a place of torment it all returns mainly to God. Flawed question my friend.

Aww, sorry, salvation isn't for our beloved pets. That isn't to say that there are not animals and other creatures in heaven that are described but we have not seen, as you observed. God gave us dominion over them and therefore gave us a true blessing when he gave us some animals to eat, other animals to help make our work easier, and still others to be our companions and faithful friends.

Cockroaches! If there are cockroaches in heaven, I am NOT going there! And Australian Dunny Spiders! I am not going heaven just to get a fatal bite on my testicles! No way is that going to happen.
