I eat between 1500-1700 calories a day. I am 5'4" and weight 132. Is this a good calorie intake?

    It would depend on how active you are, your age and your gender. I will assume that you're female from your username, and 31 yrs old judging from your previous questions.

    Calculate your BMR here http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ (the # of calories you would burn in a day if you sat and did nothing; remember that heartbeat and breathing and being alive burns calories too!)

    You have a BMR of 1384, so, unless you are sedentary (little to no physical activity besides day-to-day stuff like walking), you should eat more.

    to be honest it's not that bad are trying to lose weight.
