Is there a abandonment law in Ohio? Here in NC you contact a lawyer, start the divorce and print an ad in the paper or wherever, if they don't show up or contact anyone within a certain amount of time, you can get your divorce.

F her. Go speak to an attorney. Tell him you tried to locate her and etc. Make it dramatic. Like a woman. Then, they will notify her. If no response, you're OFF Scott free. She has so much time to respond. The key here is to speak to an attorney and make it sound dramatic. Women do it to men ALL the time. Get back at her. F American women. They started this sexist stuff. Men need to end it.

File for divorce and inform them of her disappearance. She doesn't have to sign anything. A judge can grant you a divorce after so much time.

They always think that that 'she can't be found', and yet the body shows up in the back of your closet.
