Anxiety: scared to exercise?
Ok so I've been gaining weight for years and I decided to change getting more exercise and eating less and more healthily.
So it started well sticking to my plan until I started getting pains all over my chest and back which frightened me a little but docs gave me the all clear but I can't accept it... My mind continues to race with a feeling of impending doom which worsens with exercise.
Reading it back this sounds ridiculous but I can't understand why I'm feeling this way.
I have been diagnosed with a General anxiety disorder.

Exercising should be a relaxed mind thing. You cant cram it all in in a few settings hoping for quick results.If youre having major anxiety, It will cause you to feel bad all over. Get your head right for the task ahead. Losing weight.
