Why is Putin so... weak and cold looking?

He's Russian - and KGB at that. Russians tend to be a dour bunch, and one must be cold in the first place to be able to send people off to the Siberian labour camps in the first place.

Maybe he was teased in KGB school for his lack of height.

As for Putin looking weak, remember it takes little strength to push a button. But he does look as if he is the coldest man in the world, even when he smiles.

Must have been spending too much time checking out detention camps and labor camps in Siberia. For his age, he certainly doesn't look weak.

He looks like he is still an old Soviet Union KGB power mad tyrant looking to return Russia to its Glory Days.

With Obama as his opposition, he may just succeed and it will take a huge effort by another person with the Character and Wisdom of Ronald Reagan to reverse the trend.

Today, America's wimpy leftists would never allow that.

He is actually a keep fit fanatic and very muscular. He looks cold because evolution has made people of that area adapt to the cold conditions.
