what do I do if I'm not receiving my mail anymore?

For some reason mail isn't being delivered to my house anymore,do I contact Royal Mail online or go direct to the depot?...could there have been a block put on my mail for some reason? as far as I'm concerned nothing within my circumstances has changed

I would do 3 things

1.  Contact the call centre on 08457 740 740

2.  Fill out the online form http://www.royalmail.com/personal/help-and-support/get-in-touch

3.  Go down to the office as early as possible - 7am they usually open and ask for it to be checked.  Or speak to the manager for your Post Code (OX1, HG3 etc)

But first I just would have a word with the Postie just in case they are having problems getting to your address.  I had one that didn't get mail for a week because they had tapped up their letterbox for when they were on holiday and then forgot to take it off.

There is no such thing in the UK as a block on mail, that is illegal. Send yourself a letter with a 1st class stamp. If not delivered in 3/4 days ring up the sorting office in your area.
