I do my best to try to instill confidence and positivity in the boy but he has recently become more bragging in what he says "I m the best speller in the whole school,I m brilliant at everything" etc...is this normal 10 year old behavior or should I guide him away from it?

My best friends daughter is becoming really naughty at school,becoming more difficult for her mother to get her there in the first place and when she does go she screams and hits out at the teachers,she gets all her own way at home and basically runs the house,doing what she wants,my friend gives in to her for an easy life,she's starting to effect my children,(she's only 7 and is talking about hurting herself) and my frind is looking to me for advice,which I have already given her but it would be nice to get others opinions,thanks in advance

My fiance's 10 year old boy is very rude,walks into a roomful of people and tells them to be quiet so he can talk,or he talks over the top of them,he is very ignorant and his mother just puts it down to him being 'only 10' but I know that is more than old enough to show manners and respect,we took him to a friends Christmas eve party last year where he punched her grandfather in the stomach for wearing a football teams top that he didn't like,what's the best way to tackle this problem?

I took some photographs with my flashgun rig on Saturday for a woman at work who wanted some of her family,I've done these before with happy customers and the photographs were the setups she wanted ie she said who she wanted stood where and how many shots,I charged her a friends rate and gave her a very reasonable price for 10 shots and ended up taking 300 photos,now she's saying she doesn't like them and wants all 300 photos and her money back,what should I do?

I've been living in a privately rented flat for the last two years I have read the tenancy agreement and it says I'm not allowed to repaint it without written permission from the landlord,the roof has been leaking on and off for the last 18 months,I reported this and they have yet to do anything about it and it has stained the ceiling,I am willing to pay for redecoration out of my pocket to live in a more desirable home...do you think it's unreasonable for me to approach the agent to ask if I can repaint the property?
