I hate my job?

I was so optimistic when i started my job. I learned so many things that i never did before. Even though it's a factory job that only started me out at 9 bucks an hour it gave me medical insurance and I was learning every day. i am so pissed now i don't know what to do. I have carpal tunnel and can't feel my hands every morning when I wake up. Every day at work is a struggle cause i don't have the tools i need and have to beg for them. I work my *** off for 8 hours every day and have nothing to show for it. I do have a supervisor who thanks me every day bit thats not enough anymore. I've been there 8 months and I'm an OLDTIMER. I'm now making 9.50 an hour. Don't work for Elkhart Plastics they will kill you or make you want to kill yourself.

When the first premonitions start to surface, you should start considering your plans for the future. You should start thinking about resignation only if you have already decided where to move on. It’s not guaranteed that you will receive a job offer immediately after you start thinking about changing. Some people have to wait a lot for a job offer, as these things largely depend on the given country and the type of the job. A few can get job offers within a week or so: either they are extremely lucky or have really good connections. It’s easy to burn yourself out if you try to speed up the process aggressively. Be patient. Time is always on your side, but you have to live up to it. It’s up to you. You can start to write your resignation letter or browse websites like this, but do not act hastily, just wait.

Start looking for another job. In the mean time polish your skills. Don't leave your current job till the time you did not get another job.

Quit now, you didn't grow up dreaming to have a job you hate, you grew up with actual dreams, probably to travel the world, sing, i don't know, anything. So every decision from now on should be towards achieving that dream or goal. How will you fund this? start saving now. Just save enough money to get you through a rough patch and put everything towards your goal, don't waste your life away. Make stories, achieve goals, fullfill your dreams so you won't have anything to regret when you're older. Travel. Go to the beach. Ask a friend for a job to fund you while you go and try to achieve your goals. If for some unknown reason, you won't do this, which you should, try bringing some little games to have fun at work, bring headphones, listen to music, take dance breaks, change up your routine, make a big change in your life, set a goal, achieve it, try getting hand massages, alright man, good luck! :)
