As long as the car gets good mpg, is dependable and reliable, comfortable to drive etc. it doesn't matter what it looks like. Another huge + is that it's a Honda, with excellent rep. and resale value! He even has privacy tinting on it; and it's white so it reflects the heat! Tell your son he's very lucky to have such a cool car; and that any of his buddies ridiculing it for being too feminine need to get a life! Looks don't get you from A to B.....a good car does! 'nuff said.

No the car looks fine everyone drives Honda civics . And that's most likely the issue he probably wants some type of sports car to show off in. Like most young people he is ungrateful for what he has and wants what's new and shiny.

Your son is a young boy and he is insecure. His car is fine.

There's way girlier cars out there. Yes the civic doesn't scream manly but who cares unless you're just that insecure about your own manliness. What would really be manly is getting a job and buying your own car rather than complaining about the one your mommy bought you. How manly is that?

If my mother bought me a car and I didn't have to pay anything except gas idc how it looks Il drive an Volkswagen Eos or hell I would take a honda insight if I have to. If your son doesnt want a car he didn't buy because its not "manly" will have very bad financial problems down the road and for you being the mother you need to act like it because if I was his mom and he said that to me I would gladly say have fun walking to school dont forget your lunch.

Take the car away from him all together.. Maybe after a few months the Civic wont look so girly to him. If he wants a manlier car then tell him to man up and get a job..

The car looks fine, Great canvas to start with. Really nice rims! Maybe offering him a "Hello Kitty" 5 speed with a sissy bar and a pink basket on the butterfly handlebars would help him like the car better. ;-)http://www.toysrus.com/graphics/product_images/pTR...

Tell your son to be appreciative. If not, take his car key away or either walk to school or take a school bus

There's nothing more manly than having a drivers license and having to ride the bus every day because his mom took the keys to his girly car away.
