my good friend it all starts with nutrition. eat A LOT! of fruits before work because they contain natural sugars and are really high in water content meaning your body will be hydrated well which means your body will function better. also while you are at work and sweating you aren't just sweating water but electrolytes as well so you need to replenish them by intaking electrolytes.you can also drink a protein shake before your shift and after to repair any damage you have done to your muscles (lifting) boxes. i personally drink this protein shake from newolympian.com called valor because the quality is excellent.

might consider buying some sort of protein shake.

also here is a list of great stuff to eat before and during work

    coconut milk

coconut water (really good for hydrating)

watermelon, banana, grapes, apples. (fruits in general)

    nuts and seeds (protein)

optional (i drink smoothies) all day long because i am on the go as well and they digest easy!

wish you the best of luck my friend

    something with natural grape sugar.

Not chocolate, nothing with artificial sweeteners or corn sirup
