Adolescent feline behavior?

I have a problem, guys. Jasmine is 2&1/2 years old, with kitten rambunctiousness in an adult-sized body. She likes to use my bed as a sort of trampoline (like one of those small ones gymnasts use to launch themselves for a vault) to get to the glass french doors in the bedroom. Unfortunately, this morning she did it when I was sleeping, and the spot where she touched down was my face. All claws were extended.

Fortunately, the scratch has been bleeding profusely, so I'm not worried about infection, and it's not deep enough to require stitches or a bandage (and I've no idea how to effectively bandage the tip of my nose), but I'm not exactly happy about this.

The two most obvious solutions -- banning her from the bedroom when I'm in bed, and moving the bed, are, unfortunately, both impossible. I do clip her claws fairly regularly, but not just before bed every day. A behavioral solution would be ideal, but I have no idea how to break her of this habit. Despite my screaming immediately (duh), she seems to be unaware that she did anything to me.

Any ideas?

How about you move her food and water out to the kitchen when both of you are in the bed and then move them back to the bedroom when you're both out?

Easier said than done when you're sound asleep when it happens.

Banning her from the bedroom really isn't an option. It's the location of her food and water bowls, and my husband doesn't want them in the kitchen where he can trip over them (a valid concern -- he's none too stable on his feet anyway, and at 6'7" he has a LONG way to fall, and at his age a broken hip could be fatal). In the bedroom they can go underneath the vanity where they're completely out of the way.

I suppose I could make a new rule that bouncing on the bed is never allowed, and follow her around with a squirt bottle, but it looks like so much fun that I hate to do that -- I just want her to stop doing it when I'm in the bed.

Squirt her with a misting bottle or water gun when she mis-behaves if you catch her in the act. You may have to ban her from the bedroom. It will be agony for a days until she learns.
