Husband and wife are living in separate apartment and now struggling. Kids cry daily for their dad.?
My brother is married and his wife have two children for him. They both live in separate apartment. They chose that option because they can’t live together in harmony. They always fight in front of the children and they decided it is not best. The wife work and my brother is on disability. However, my brother paid out expense and left him with 23 dollars per month for only miscellaneous expense. The wife on the other hand have so much money left over and still asking him for child support. He pays child support through disability and now he hands his finance over to new horizon to get it manage. He gave new horizon fiduciary over his income. Now he is regretting it because they put him on a budget and he cannot do anything with it. He love his wife but he cannot live with her. His wife once stole his vehicle after she crash her car. He never forgave her for that and she promised to buy him a car back once she gets a job. Up to this day she is avoiding to buy him a car. She filed tax and get a huge payout and take the money and get a breast implant. He got upset and that was when he decided enough is enough they can’t live together anymore. His kids misses him and want him to come home. Help with this situation by giving us your opinion, advice and the best you can. Thank you for your time to take to give an answer.

All he has to do is file for visitation rights. He can go to Legal Aid and they will help him. Tell him to let the court know that he doesn't have a car and he needs her to transport the children back and forth to his house. He can also, take his wife to court and sue her for the money she owes him.

They both have to identify that they have issues, this is the only way they can accept advice from people. Well the first problem here is pride, they are both proud that no one wants to admit he/she is wrong so they keep fighting and also none want to do it to please the order person so keep fighting too. Warning note, a family apart will only keep the kids apart and cause them to grow in a broken home and that may be very bad for them so the best thing for the parents to do is to settle their differences and bring the home together....

In every divorce, the kids are the causalities. They are used as pawns to control the man and wife. In this case, there is no Divorce. There probably should be. Kids pick up on the problems of the parents. This often times causes big problems. You two make these children, now take care of them !

First you did not state where is this happening, such as country/state. It is hard to answer when pertinent details have been left out. No divorce? What sort of disability is the man on? Who ordered the child support? Please add more details for answers.
