Hand swollen and almost black after karate?
We were sparring in karate last night and I noticed in the middle of it, that the side of my hand was very swollen. This morning, parts of the swelling and on its side is dark brown, almost black.
I don't know if I broke anything, but I assume it would hurt more if I had broken it. I can't really use this hand much, though. Even typing hurts. I don't know if it is worth going to the clinic, or if I should just let it pass.

Hate to have to tell you this, man, but it sounds like you might have broken a bone in your hand. Different people have different tolerances to pain, but if a limb is black, swollen, and unable to move much, then something needs to be checked out.
