Cat litter is clay, and when clay gets wet it mushes together into this large stone stuff when it dries. I have no idea why you'd have so much litter in your bathtub drain but you need to call a plumber and may need to have all the pipes under the tub replaced. They don't have stuff that will clean a clay-clogged drain without damaging the pipes themselves. This is why I never dump scoopable clumping litter down the toilet either--some always settles in the S-trap in the pipes and it builds up and you eventually have a clogged pipe that has to be replaced which is very expensive since they have to get to the pipe under the floor. Cat litter should never go down the drain.

Why? The litter pan should not be in the bathtub. You will need to now call a plumber - nice expensive bill too.
BTW if its clumping litter you are using, it will be very expensive to clean out!

You will have to get someone in like dyno-rod to clear it out for you, nothing else will work, and what the hell are you doing putting litter down the bathroom drain?
