what happened to my stomach?
I was on the ab machine and I got this sickening cramping feeling in my stomach. I went to the bathroom and I had this bulge in one part of my abdomen. It was hurting and bulging for about ten minutes then went away. Went to urgent care just to make sureit wasn't a hernia. The practitioner there said she really doesn't think it was after having me do a couple exercises pain free. So I'm just wondering.... What could this have been?

Exercise can affect any sudden or momentary stoppage of the
Peristaltic Movement of the intestines, and also affect a minor blockage as well.
More than likely --- when your muscles tightened, that is what also caused your discomfort.
Not to worry --- everything will be back to normal after your next bowel movement.
