I have a honest question?
Well, I know Satan is to be thrown out of heaven during the last days. Because Revelation is said to happen shortly after it was written (Revelation 1:1). And Satan is thrown out of heaven during Revelation chapter 12. So here is my question: Jesus said that God's will was to be prayed for to happen as in heaven also on earth (Matthew 6:10). Now, if Satan was not thrown out of heaven during Christ's days, how is it that god's will was done in heaven? I know Jesus said that he perceived Satan thrown out of heaven (Luke 10:18). So does this mean that Satan was thrown out of heaven earlier?

The problem is that you are misreading the book of Revelations as a foreseeing of the end times, when in fact it related entirely to the events going on in the early Church. John of Patmos (who's different from the John who wrote the Gospel of John) was writing in an established tradition of using apocalyptic language and imagery as code for the present day.
The short of it being, you are trying to reconcile metaphorical events with actual events, which cannot be done, and even if it could, would result in a corruption of the actual meaning.

Satan was cast onto the earth in the beginning. He was the serpent in the garden of Eden
Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
At some later point, Satan assaulted heaven trying to regain entry but Michael fought him off and cast him back out
Rev 12:7 ¶ And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
Rev 12:8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Shortly thereafter an angel cast Satan into prison for 1000 years.
Then he was released to try and defeat Gods kingdom upon the earth - the Christian church
He failed and God cast him into the eternal lake of fire where he has been ever since
Rev 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Satan is still roaring like a lion. Jesus defeated him as far as death and decay lasting into eternity and as computers and world events have slowly been showing since 2001, Christ will be back soon enough to save the world. The best you can do is repent for your sins and if you and God are confused or have a "conflict" over something you discuss it like you would someone close to you like a best friend or a Loving, truly caring father.

Good question. And it is one requiring reason to answer. Jesus was and is correct in stating the will of God is being done in heaven. So why was Satan the Devil allowed in heaven? Obviously Satan as his title informs us is apposed to God and he is a liar. God hates liars. (See Proverbs 6:17-20)
The answer is found in a statement made by Satan to Eve. "For God knows that in the very day you eat from it, your eyes will be opened and you will be like God, knowing good and bad.” (Genesis 3:5)
The implication of that statement is the assertion that mankind can successfully rule themselves. That question was made for the whole universe to hear. And that question needed to be answered. Basically the question was that there is a government of men that can be proven to meet the needs of the human family.
Adam & Eve bought into that assertion, Many perfect angelic sons of God likewise believed and joined Satan in his rebellion. In order to prove his assertion Satan needed time. How much time is needed to prove or disprove? Look at the facts.
For the past 6,000 years mankind has tried them every form of government. None, not one has successfully met the needs of mankind. Thus the Bible verse at Jeremiah 10:23 has been proven true. That verse says simply; "I well know, O Jehovah, that man’s way does not belong to him. It does not belong to man who is walking even to direct his step."
During that period of time, Satan was allowed free access to heaven. Thus by allowing Satan access, God is proven to be very loving and kind in his permission. Thus Jesus is correct in pointing out God's will is and has been done in heaven.
Now the Kingdom has been born. Satan has been forcefully removed from heaven along with all the angels who he was able to convince he was correct. They have been confined here at the earth until a particular event spoken of in the Bible at Rev 16:14. 16 called Armageddon. Then his earthly works are destroyed and Satan is thrown into an abyss. See Rev 19:19 to 20:3.
There is more that the Kingdom is doing on earth in the interim. If you want to know what the Kingdom is doing see

The book of Revelation speaks of the time when Michael would be active as King. It states: “War broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels battled with the dragon, and the dragon and its angels battled but it did not prevail, neither was a place found for them any longer in heaven. So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him. On this account be glad, you heavens and you who reside in them! Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to you, having great anger, knowing he has a short period of time.”—Revelation 12:7-9, 12.
Bible chronology indicates that this battle, cleansing the heavens of Satan and his demons, would result in great woe for the earth because of the Devil’s anger at knowing that his time left for ruling the earth was short. His anger would increase during the last days until his total defeat at the war of Armageddon.—Revelation 16:14, 16; 19:11, 15; 20:1-3.

Your question is kinda confusing.
Gods will will always be done, he's God.
And yea, satan was throw out 2 times that I know of. When he first rebelled against God, and he was thrown out along with the fallen angels that chose to follow him. And he was just thrown out, because we are in the endtimes and revelation 12 has happened

According to the Jewish scriptures Satan was never thrown out of heaven, and was never a fallen angel. He still works for God.
According to Christian scriptures, Satan was fallen before man was created.
Revalation 1:1 does not say the things are to take place shortly after the fall of Satan. It says these things are supposed to take place shortly after the creation of the scripture.
Luke 10:18 does not imply Jesus saw Satan fall recently; it implies he was always there (part of the trinity) and saw it before humans were created.

Daniel recorded prophecy as to when the Gentile Times would end,
which is also when Jesus Christ would be crowned as king of God's heavenly kingdom government.
These article discuss the related prophecies, & how they apply:

His first act after that was to throw Satan out of heaven, along with his hordes of demon angels.

God's will, will eventually be done on earth as it is in heaven. That is when Satan will be thrown out of the earth, into the lake of fire. God's kingdom is coming, but it is not here yet.
