The public was told that the National Guard was on notice and stand by for the decision in Ferguson. Where were they?
I did not see any National Guard out on the streets when violence started last night. If they were on notice were they still on standby? They had at least 8 hours to come to town and be ready. Were they to protect the police or the town and its citizens? Thoughts?
