Age 70 with MEDICARE coverage meets minimum essential coverage requirements. On what tax form is this reported?

    None at all since you do have your medicare coverage amount for this purpose and time during the 2015 tax filing season for your 2014 1040 FIT return.

    I believe that it will appear on your form 1099-SSA when issued.
