If you owned a vacation home that was a 4 hour car drive away, how many times a year would you go to the home?

It is near the Colorado river and we own a boat. It's hot there in summer but cold and windy in the winter. The house has a mortgage and is not a financial burden.

    Not very often, with a house full of pets.

    i would probably sell it, no point in having one if its so far away
