At the age of 33 Can poor posture and weak muscles cause thoracic rotation?

I tore my pubis symphysis and think that I have pelvic rotation which is causing leg length difference and hence the scoliosis. My ortho guy, looking at the X ray, said there wasn't any rotation. A few weeks after he reads the same X ray and says, I have little bit of thoracic rotation. I don't believe that because I am 33 and my body didn't feel like this before. He says I had scoliosis since birth but I didn't and my spine becomes straight after bending down..

How do I know? Because I know my body. Now my right shoulder drops more than left, i have upper back pain and muscle pull. I didnt have any of that before. and my spine straightens out when I bend.

Can your thoracic spine rotate at 33 due to muscle imblance or for non-structural reasons?

got it backwards. nerves control all, including muscles. this determines their bone alignment/misalignment. correct the cause. see an hio method chiropractor.

how do you know you didn;t have scoliosis from birth? it was probably very minimal and maybe started getting worse after this injury
