I squeezed a cyst?
I should've lesrnt before as I see a big spot in the middle of my head and squeeze and it doesn't come to head, I'm worried it will scar, I already have one on my nose from trying to pop an old one but I feel so insecure with them right in the middle of my face :,

It's probably a blind pimple. There's not much you can do except putting ice on it to reduce the redness and swelling. I've gotten these and they hurt so bad.
