why was i happy and then all of a sudden sad for no reason?

this has been happening allot recently, I ve been really happy but then out of nowhere i start feeling really sad or Angry and there s no reason behind it, why is this happening?

    Thanks for sharing your story here. It's definitely possible you're going through some serious mood changes right now; however, that doesn't mean there's something clinically wrong with you so there's no reason to jump to extreme conclusions. You may want to try keeping a mood journal to keep track of your feelings throughout the day. Briefly write in it when you wake up and when you go to sleep and list the times and places when you felt a mood change. Try this journal for about a week and see if you find any pattern.

    Also, please know that there are people who can and will help you with what you are going through. You may want to consider talking with a counselor at a hotline. There are many hotlines that are 24/7 and will work with you and your situation like yours. Some even have email and/or chat if you would prefer.

    It's not for no reason. It's for some reason. Trick is to be emotionally aware enough to discover what makes you feel the one way or the other.

    Get rid of the Gluten, artificial sugars and all other additives in your food!

    Recent studies have found that gluten, carbohydrates and sugars can ALL impact the brain causing a lot of symptoms including: anger, depression, fatigue, brain fog, tiredness, forgetfulness, apathy Alzheimers, ADHD, ADD, etc etc etc
