Don't know if this stuff works but we keep getting an ad on tv for a product called Bio-Oil Supposed to be good for scars and stretch marks. Try not to pick at the scab (I am terrible and I pick at everything - hence I have a lot of scars). Before you buy any cream or ointment that says it will help scars - Google the stuff and read the reviews.

Just keep wound clean and dry and when it begins to scab be careful not to scratch it off accidentally as doing this will cause scarring to worsen, its more about how deep the scratch rather than how big it is and again area of skin is thinner in some areas so can scar,

i got scratched under my eyelid a few years ago when my cat walked over me while i slept she slipped gripping my under eye area,it healed with hardly any scar until i caught my scab it tore open then healed with a scar, now a few years later its there but faintly,so take care when it heals as that's when it can be prone to worse scarring.

yes you will have a scar but it will be right behind the head to you wont notice it as to the pain the op it self will not hurt as you will be put to sleep ( im in the uk ) after the op there will be next to no pain but it will be uncomfortable for the first 2 weeks but at this time the stitches will have started to fall out then after this you will be fine but it does take up to 6 weeks to be fully healed. as for the misinformed people on there it is NOT male mutilation and the only thing you lose is the top your fore skin you will still have a bit of movement with whats left as i do. i do know what i am saying is right as i have been there and done it twice

Clean it with soap and water, apply antibacterial cream such a Neosporin and hope for the best. Scarring happens differently for everyone.
